Project Brief
In 2019 our team accepted the architectural challenge of educational buildings renovation in Latvia. The main requirement of the project was to renovate buildings in order to reduce heat loss to the environment, improve the energy performance, reduce the cost of operating and increase the stability and quality of the building, as well as improve the aesthetic and technical condition of the building.
Project Details
The education buildings design project “Implementation of Energy Efficiency Improvement Measures at Buldur Horticultural Secondary School Building Complex at 6 Viestura Street, Jurmala” includes reconstruction of two 5-story dormitory buildings, thermal insulation of Buldur Horticultural Secondary School facade and replacement of engineering networks in the whole college building.
Project Outcomes
As a contractor, REM PRO specialists implemented all the client’s ideas and created renovated and attractive educational facilities, which will be a joy to students and teachers.
