The project is implemented within the territory of an old poultry farm on the river bank, not far from the centre of the city. It features the construction of a water channel that is going to divide the territory in two zones; one of these is going to be of a more private and exclusive nature, whereas the other one is intended to be more of a public and “open” space. The project also involves the construction of a promenade on the riverside, which is going to connect to all public spaces and parks. The development consists of buildings of 3 typologies. Two-storey urban houses, three-storey residential buildings and other four- and five-storey buildings. The lowest buildings will be situated near the river bank, whereas the tallest ones will be on the opposite side.

Apart from that, a number of new routes have been introduced, offering various activities for citizens and visitors to enjoy. Some of these will be used for jogging and sports, whereas other routes are going to connect inner courtyards housing shops, cafes and restaurants. We also included a shopping mall with a water mirror, which can be used as a skating rink during wintertime. The project is implemented within the territory of an old poultry farm on the river bank, not far from the center of the city.
