Project Brief
In 2015, the REM PRO team of specialists began providing commercial buildings construction services, namely supervision, in the building at Dunduru 5 in Daugavpils, owned by LLC “LAGRON”. The idea of this project was to improve the energy efficiency of the building in accordance with modern international practices.
Project Details
Architectural solutions of our designers were implemented using environmentally friendly building materials and products; by improving the energy efficiency of the commercial building operated by LLC “LAGRON”, greenhouse gas emissions were reduced.
Thanks to the work of our engineers and architects, energy efficiency measures were implemented in the office building in Daugavpils in accordance with the requirements of energy efficient and sustainable design and construction.
Project Outcomes
REM PRO has provided high-quality commercial construction project management services that not only contribute to improving the energy efficiency of an office building, but also set an excellent example for the modernization of similar facilities.
